DenSco Investment Corporation was created to meet certain needs and interests. First, I wanted a business that was profitable, interesting, challenging, and focused on the two areas in which I have most interest … Finance and Real Estate. Secondly, I wanted a company that my friends and family could participate in, while receiving a good return on their investment.

   I have always been a big proponent of personal financial discipline. I have given classes, lots of advice and have answered endless emails about financial matters. I wanted to give an opportunity for other people to share with me the enjoyment and profit of a business investment that, although it is not for everyone, I feel it is an excellent addition to a sound investment portfolio.

   Please read through the site, it will explain what DenSco does, who can invest, how we can provide a rate of return that we offer, and a look at some of the properties that we have financed. This is an easy investment to understand; though the lawyers make it look very complicated. I will try to give an overview of what we do, but you'll still have to read and sign the lawyer version.
